Parent Workshop
For parents to understand how their sons and daughters learn and study best, it is important for them to recognise how they learn. This 60 minute session gives parents a better understanding of their child’s preferred Learning style and how to help their child develop and maintain effective Organisational and Time management skills.
A handbook of tips and activities is provided with this session, and parents will not only understand more about how THEY learn, but also how they can help their son or daughter work and study more effectively by recognising preferred learning styles.
Organisation and time management are two major sources of conflict between parents and their children - don’t just say “You need to be more organised!” – show them HOW!! Parents are given some practical ideas on how to help their son or daughter:
- Become more organised
- Manage their time more effectively
- Take more responsibility for their own learning.
This workshop can also be conducted outside school premises and by arrangement
