'Get It Write!' Program - for Parents
Does your son or daughter sit in front of a blank piece of paper and not know where to start? If 'getting started' on an essay or assignment casues hassles at home - then this is the program for you!
The 'Get it Write!' program for parents is a 60 minute session giving parents easy tips to help their 'reluctant writers' at home. We look at:
- The 5 main steps of writing a good essay
- Gathering relevant information
- 'Brainstorming' and mind mapping
- Planning, writing and editing an essay
- What makes a good essay
A handbook of tips and activities is provided with this session, and parents will walk away with VALUABLE and EASY tips on how to help their child get started and motivated to write. It doesn't matter whether your son or daughter is in primary or high school - this DOES work!
If you want to stop nagging your children and help them on a path towards independent writing, then this session is a MUST!
